Public Hearings for Proposed New Roadway - 2/26/2010
Four separate public hearings will be held in Clay, Duval and St. Johns counties for a proposed new roadway to connect Clay and St. Johns counties, including a new bridge across the St. Johns River.

An Open House meeting for those interested in the details of the new overpass being constructed at Plantation Oaks Boulevard over State Road 23 (Branan Field-Chaffee Expressway) has been scheduled for Thursday night, October 29 from 5 - 7 p.m.

Opening Ceremony for Parkway held October 1 - 9/30/2009
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and our partners are pleased to announce the opening of the Cecil Commerce Parkway (State Road 23) with an opening ceremony held to commemorate the historic event, October 1, 2009.

New Signs Reveal New Name - 4/28/2009
Cecil Commerce Center Parkway is the new name of State Road 23 in Duval County as requested by the City of Jacksonville. Signs placed over Interstate 10 in April indicate the new name and hint that the new roadway is near completion.

Eastbound Normandy Boulevard Reduced to One Lane - 4/27/2009
Eastbound Normandy Boulevard at the construction of the Branan-Field Chaffee Expressway will be reduced to one lane, Monday, April 27 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. while crews pave the roadway. Motorists shouls use caution when traveling in the area.

Eastbound I-10 CLosed April 27 - 4/24/2009
Eastbound Interstate 10, between U.S. 301 and Chaffee Road, will be closed completely on Monday night, April 27, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Eastbound traffic will detour to northbound U.S. 301, to westbound U.S. 90 (Beaver Street) to southbound Chaffee Road and back to eastbound Interstate 10 at the Chaffee Road Interchange. The road closure is necessary while crews restripe the roadway.

Westbound Interstate 10, between Chaffee Road and U.S. 301, will be closed completely on Tuesday night, April 21, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

First Coast Outer Beltway Forum - 3/29/2007
