First Coast Outer Beltway Forum

3/29/2007 - The Florida Department of Transportation, District 2, combined the Branan Field Chaffee (SR 23) project in Duval and Clay Counties with the St. Johns River Crossing Corridor project in Clay and St. Johns Counties to form the First Coast Outer Beltway. As part of the corridor development, the District held a public-private partnership forum on March 28, 2007, to explore innovative ways of financing this project.
