Project Info
This segment is now complete and open to traffic. The Branan Field-Chaffee Expressway (SR 23) was widened from a 2-lane roadway to a 4-lane limited access highway between Argyle Forest Boulevard and 103rd Street. The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) managed this design/build project under the Better Jacksonville Plan.
